Explanation
- Description - A brief and simple description of the media.

- i - Image
- v - Video
- s - Sound clip
- Source - Mention where the media comes from. Predefined media are:
- m - Manga
- g - Guidebook

- f - Film
- bf - Before the Fall

- os - Draft chapter
- For any other sources, simply type them out.
- Page(s) - Page or pages the image is taken from.
- Portion - The part of the source you're using. Just type here the number of the chapter or episode.
- Purpose - Describe the intended use of the media. If nothing is specified, it will come out as "To Ilustrate Articles". This is the recommended option for anime or manga files to be used in articles.
- Resolution - The quality of the media. Available options are:
- h - High
- m - Medium
- l - Low
- Replaceability - State whether the file can be replaced and in which case. If nothing is specified, the default result will be "Only by an image of higher quality with the same licensing status" ("image" will change to "video" or "sound clip" depending of the option selected in "Type"). This is the recommended option anyway.
- Other Information - State anything else that may be helpful for anyone viewing the file. For example, if the manga image is RAW image, if comes from a certain volume, or if the anime image comes from Blu-Ray/Television version of the anime.
